Took a while but worth it!
I ordered my bench a few weeks ago and received a couple incorrect pieces to finish assembly. I contacted their customer service and they sent me what I needed to finish my setup. It looks great and can now switch configuration if I want. I appreciate their help ... that's rarer than it should be.

Great Product! A bit difficult to assemble
Love it now that it is assembled. Holds quite a bit of stuff and can support an adult sitting on it. However, I had difficulty assembling this solo. It un-assembled itself twice before I could get all of the pieces together to a point where it was a rigid structure. Might need two people!
Storage is key and this was an attractive win
We tried using hooks for our childs backpack and it was so ridiculously heavy that it pulled them right out of the wall. In searching for another solution I picked this. We placed it just outside the door in the garage. Dirt shoes and garden boots both fit and the backpack can sit on top. Anyone can sit on it to put shoes on. This creates multiple solutions and not a problem with tearing the wall out.
Great shoe organizer for my entryway
I like that this organizer has larger spaces for boots. It fits a good amount of shoes and has a nice bench for putting on shoes. It is a bit smaller than it seems in the picture. For example, just about two adults can sit on this to put their shoes on, facing away from each other.
