10000 BTU(Ashrae) Portable Air Conditioner with Fan Dehumidifier Sleep Mode

I really like that it is not as loud as my other air conditioner and does a good job cooling down my kitchen and living room.

I had never ordered from costway but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The air conditioner arrived on time. The price was reasonable. And it works well for the small room that it's in. Also, when I called customer service with a question, I actually reached a helpful representative!

works well. it cools the room pretty fast. don't have to drain it often. just works. I bought another brand and I've had to replace it within two weeks. the costway just works.

For $289, I really wasn't expecting much but after over 3 months, I finally decided to hook this baby up. Of course they don't tell you that it takes a minimum of of a 27" window,(All mine are around 24). A little measuring and a hacksaw took care of that. When I turned it on I was very surprised on how much air was coming out of the device. I am thinking of buying an extra one just to have a standby and I only do that if I am really impressed. A strong fan and very cold air that cools my room quickly....what else can I say except it is much more quiet than the 5000 btu air conditioner I have in my bedroom. One thing---read the instructions, it helps.

We bought this because our bedroom was the only room with no AC, and the AC in the living room will occasionally freeze up. This is a great little unit! My toes are freezing by 2am. It comes with a remote but the panel on the unit is a flat touch screen. A light touch will do the job. I'm really glad we bought this!
