Customer say

Customers appreciate the chairs' comfort, attractive design, and good value, especially for back support and patio use. Assembly is frequently noted as difficult and time-consuming, often requiring two people and patience. Some report squeaking, rust issues, and occasional durability concerns. Overall, satisfaction is positive with comfort and aesthetics as key strengths.

  • In less than month one chair broke

Update: In less than a month one chair broke bending the screws that were holding the glider together. There is no doubt that there is difficulty putting them together. However, we wanted gliders rather than rockers. They support our overly large family comfortably and appear that the will sustain the weather and wind. We haven't had them too long, but they are definitely an asset to our patio. In reference to customer satisfaction: we found two missing parts for one chair (we orderd 4). Upon contacting customer service the parts were sent ASAP.

  • Dorsey Lemb

This has helped my back and neck while sitting outside with friends. This one is my favorite because it has some cushion while other ones like it I own so not. This is the only zero gravity chair I would buy again.

  • Great Chairs

I love these chairs. Very comfortable. They are a little tricky to put together but worth it.

  • Elegant patio glider

Bought a set of two glider chairs for the patio; liked them so much i purchased a set for the deck. Assembly is a trick. After the second chair assembly, the 3rd and 4th chair were a breeze. The key is to assemble seat, back, and arms loosely, then tighten all screws. Assemble the legs and braces loosely, then tighten all screws. Then attach the gliders to the legs loosely, then tighten the screws. Finish by attaching the chair to the gliders loosely, then tighten all screws. Easy! As a preventative for rust, i sprayed the metal parts with Rust-Oleum clear satin paint. Very comfortable chairs!

  • Super sturdy patio chairs

They're firm, padded and beautifully colored. I'm very pleased with my purchase. They also arrived a few days earlier than expected.
