This took me all day to put together, but directions are clear. Just follow the steps and take your time. The color was a bit dark for me, so I ordered these peel and stick tiles and just love the way it looks!

Great value and very attractive unit.
Bought this fireplace for our Travel Trailer for auxiliary heat to save on propane, and it is what it says it is. A very attractive unit that just plugs right in out of the box. I am impressed with how cool the back and sides were after running in high heat for a few hours. Feel very safe using this in our travel trailer. Great value for the money.

Love it!
I assembled this on my own and I love it! Great size, love the shelves and the height of it. I haven't used the heat yet but I bought it more for the ambiance than actual heat output.

A:
1.Press the flame button once for low heat (750W). 2.Press the flame button again for high heat (1500W). 3.Press the for third time to turn off heater.

The heating element has protective oil on it, and it will have smell like this when you use it for the first time, it will disappear after a few minutes.

This unit will only run for about 7 minutes and it turns itself off. We have tried turning the timer to 0 and turn the temp down to 68 bit it still turns itself off after several minutes. We have tried everything we know to do to it.
A:
Pull out the plug.Re-plug, then turn on, and only adjust the heating when turning on, do not adjust other settings, and see if it will automatically turn off.
