Just the perfect size.

First and foremost, their customer service skills are outstanding. My box came more then less appealing. I'm sure it was not how it was originally sent out but I had contacted the company and they were outstanding. Quick response and kept reassuring me, they will ensure everything works out. It did. I would absolutely do business with again and the piece is everything I was looking for. The flame does not look cheesy, and the color changing flame was an added bonus to what I was looking for. Easy to assemble and easy to use. I love the height and width. Has everything I had been wanting, finally finding the perfect piece.

Wow! Big improvement over previous insert! I bought this insert to replace one and what an improvement! Not only is there high and low but I can actually set the thermostat, and a remote control, what a big improvement! I can change the fire image and control my heat, I love it.
