It is a little difficult to take it up the ladder. If you are not strong, you'd better find someone to help. A little trick: find each accessory before installation, and carefully read the instructions on the manual. When you understand the installation instructions, you will quickly complete the installation. When you get everything done and turn on the fan and lights, you will be satisfied and feel that everything you have done is worth it.

Beautiful fan!! It was fairly easy to install with two people. The fan size fits perfectly for a large bedroom (16 x 21) with a king bed and sitting area.
