Great weighted vest!
I went for the highest weight knowing I would rather do shorter segments than purchase vest after vest. I know there are adjustable ones, I also know I won't adjust it, LOL! This vest is great, easy to take on and off, plenty of room on the sides. I definitely feel a huge difference when I use it. I use it 2-3 times a week when boxing, I also use for for squats. Haven't tried running/jogging with it, I tend to do more strength training than cardio.
Works just like you would expect
I thought I needed a heavy vest. If I got another one, I would go lighter so I could wear it all day. This one is good to wear during a workout. But with all the weight on the shoulders, it gets uncomfortable pretty quickly.
It is but loose for high tempo activity.
Well balanced and well constructed of seemingly quality materials. The straps, however, could close and hold more tightly for a snugger fit to prevent shifting of the vest during activities.
So comfortable
After buying and returning 4 other weighted vest…..this one is perfect. Vest is not too long or bulky. Im short and stocky and the vest fits perfectly. Made very well. I have complete confidence that the vest won’t rip. Men and women at my gym keep asking for vest info.
Very, very comfortable vest
This vest is VERY comfortable, even for someone who is 350 lbs with a 54 inch chest. The vest does not constrict breathing and no weight is placed on the chest. I've used several.other vested during weighted cardio & this is the BEST vest I've ever owned. I highly recommend this product!!
