  • Perfect for most cantilevers~

    We have two of these weight sets and they're great. We have a newer, fancy umbrella which has a step to rotate it. These weights don't exactly fit if you want to rotate it easily, so we remove one weight to rotate the umbrella and slide it back in. It isn't ideal, but we kept the set because we've had great luck with the other set, which we've had for quite a while.

  • Does the job as advertised.

    I filled mine with very small gravel rocks and it supports a really large 10 foot over hang umbrella with no problem even in mild to moderately high winds. I'm very pleased.

  • Good Quality

    Good quality base. We used the sand method to fill it to give extra weight for our 10 foot cantilever umbrella and it hasn't moved an inch. As other reviews state, it is kind of a pain to fill up with the sand but we figured out a shortcut to speed it up. Cut off the bottom of a plastic milk jug and use it's spout over the hole to slowly pour in the sand and it goes a lot faster with less mess. Also, this base is pretty big so measure your space first.
