Not like the previous one I purchased that doesn’t work (Aoxun 8000BTU Portable A/C) This turns in just fine and works well. Bought two! Stay away from Aoxun! They are horrible.
Low Expectations, High Results!
I bought this unit after a really intense heat wave in the pacific northwest. We wanted something that could at least blow cold air as we wait for our traditional AC unit to arrive. Let me tell you, we are pleasantly surprised! The air is cold, spans a wide range, and has adjustable vents. This unit is rated for a house half our size, however it does affect the rest of the house. The only issue we have is the noise level, however it is a small price to pay for cool air!

I bought this ac for my son’s nursery. His room is now cooler than the rest of the house! I’m very satisfied with this purchase and likely will buy one for my room too.
