If the treadmill is still on, check to see if automatic mode is set.If the treadmill doesn't work at all, it may be the motor that is burnt out. Please open the motor cover and check if there is a burnt wire or any burn marks. .

the treadmill belt is loose causing me to slip while trying to use the machine. It is a hazard and I am afraid to use it because I might fall.

Here is instruction on how to adjus the belt. Turn on the item at speed of 2mph, then tighten the screws on the ends of the treadmill (half circle at one time), While you tighten the scew, please pay attention to the belt, if it shifted to left side. then tighten the left side scews. When the belt is centered, turn on the item for a while first, but do not stand on it. After you see the belt is not loose anymore, you can use it..

First,pls open motor cover and check if the connect line that comes out of the lower handrail was plugged welly into connector of motor controller Second,pls recheck connect plug beside handrail,open the screw, turn up the electronic table to see if there is any connector exposed , if yes, just adjust it or replug it. Third,open the electronic table lower cover,see if connect line that comes out of handrail was plugged welly into meter controller. If it still not work after you recheck with above 3 points, we can send a replacment part for motor controller..
