Kids Upholstered Platform Bed with Headboard and Footboard

This bed is incredible! My toddler son got to pick out which theme he liked best and picked out this spaces theme! My son lives his new bed!!! 1- It is close to the ground. And easy for him To get on. 2- He sleeps through the night and doesn’t need a rail. 3- It holds his mattress nicely and has a very nice build and is structurally sound. 4- The bed was easy for me to assemble by myself. 5- There are no sharp edges that can harm my son. 6- It is a great value for what I spent.

Good to set up and the kids like it

My son needed a new bed as he outgrew his toddler bed. We replaced it with this one because he’s into space and astronauts. The bed arrived quickly. It took around 20 minutes to assemble. The instructions are very straight forward. You need to first assemble the side rails, then attach them to the two ends. Then the slats go on top before the mattress goes on. Note: makes sure to screw in all the screw for the slats so that the side rails will stay in place. When assembling it, I was unsure at how sturdy the bed will be since we will have a heavy foam mattress as well, but it held up well. After everything was securely screwed in with the mattress on top, the bed felt very sturdy and did not move around. As we do with all the beds inside our house, we added extra slats in anyway just in case our kids decide to jump on the bed. We have a 10 in foam mattress that goes on this bed and it is a little high compared to the bottom panel, but it has not been an issue. Any mattress that is 8-10 inches will fit just fine. I do not recommend 12 since it will past the panel at the foot. So far, my son is enjoying the extra space on this twin size bed. He likes that it matches all his other space gears.
