Workout Yoga Mat for Exercise

I love this mat for doing yoga outside. Thick enough to stay comfortable and long and wide enough so you don't hang over the edges.

I love it because it rolls up right to the edge of underthe bed. I roll it out in the morning, and can roll all around and do my stretches and exercises. Then I roll it up under the edge of the bed until tomorrow. Convenient, comfy, easy.

I actually purchased this for my senior dogs. I have several sizes throughout my house. I needed them for their traction and non-slip capacity. I also needed something easy to clean (area rugs were no longer cutting it with senior dog accidents). I flipped this one over and used the bottom side on top, just because it seemed a bit easier to wipe down. It is quite comfortable to walk on, my dogs have no issue getting up from them and easy to clean! Good traction, not slippery at all. I can't speak to actually working out on this, but I would imagine it would be quite comfortable.

Got my daughter the dancing game for Christmas, and she was getting sore from the jumps on our uncarpeted floor. She was dancing on a folded up blanket, but that seemed likely to cause a fall. So, I popped for this large mat, allowing her to move around, or to dance with her siblings or friends and they can all fit on together. Had an 11 year old and two 20-somethings dancing together on it and all had enough room for the moves without hitting each other. Rolls up easily, and the straps allow me to move it without it falling apart. It is big, and heavy, but it is doing the job for us!
